With nearly a combined 39 years of professional teaching, cooking , wine and food experience between this culinary duo of Chef Renee & Chef Jim Connolly.
Chef Renee Gordon was professionally trained at the world renowned cooking school Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France along with her time working with Wolfgang Puck, lead her to owning Ambrosia Gourmet Catering of Beverly Hills. Chef Renee is part-owner and President of CEO Chef™ along with Chef Jim.
Chef Jim, a Johnson & Wales University honors graduate (along with other notable chefs like Emeril Lagasse and Tyler Florence), was former co-owner of Silicon Valley's highly acclaimed 4-Star and Zagot guide honored Emile's Restaurant & Cooking School for nearly 18 years. The past 16 years he has been founder of CEO Chef™, a team building and culinary entertainment company.
