Leadership Development

Leadership is a part of team as much as teamwork is a part of leadership. Leadership is not defined by the position that you hold, it’s about taking the right action to drive your team to success.
Go visit our new division called CEO Chef Consulting and learn more how we can help you and your organization reach your highest potentials!
We’ve outlined three parts for the development of great leaders. They don’t all have to be implemented at once, but they all hold value to the development of your leaders. Here are the three areas that contribute towards world-class leadership:

DO YOU DESERVE A GREAT RETREAT?

  1. Skill Development: This is where you actually learn the many skills that are used in both managing and coaching your team to success. We suggest experiencing and learning these skills within an offsite retreat environment that is an immersion type experience. The remoteness of the venue is invaluable to your group’s transformation, learning and application to the leadership content presented to you. We can help suggest the right venue to fit your group’s personality and geographical needs.
  2. Action Coaching: This is where the rubber hits the road in leadership and keeps your goals and projects on track. You get to immediately apply your new skills sets through the development of relevant goals that apply to your group’s project. Your CEO Chef results coaches will help you through this process beginning at your retreat then later when you return to your real world.
  3. Learning Tools and Books: This can be the most important part of the process in that it keeps you and your team in the leadership and team conversation. It is so easy to slip back into the old habits and skills that did not support your organization’s vision. Through the learning process of “spaced repetition”, you and your team will keep focused, better absorb the information and prevent you from falling back into old habits.
