Wineries

Amazing! A Culinary Team Building That
Showcases Your Wines and Attracts More Corporate Functions.

Many companies love having a food and wine day out. They come to your winery for a taste and tour, then off to the cooking school for their culinary team building program.

What if YOU could do both activities on YOUR property?

Now you can with a CEO Chef cooking team building program!

Since 1994, CEO Chef has served hundreds of companies and thousands of participants in groups as small as 8 to as large as 500. Our culinary team building programs bring people together as they create their own gourmet dining experience worthy of top class restaurants.

Here’s how your winery benefits from hosting a CEO Chef cooking team building program:

Corporate guests stay at your winery longer
We're a team building company, not a cooking school
We can accommodate groups from 8 to over 500 participants.
No kitchen required!
Pair your wine with our menu
You'll find us easy to work with.
Our focus is customer service.

Conferences stay at your winery longer.

Because our culinary team building program is done in meeting room space, corporate guests don’t have to rush off to another location for their meal or cooking activity. This allows them to get more done, as well as save on travel costs.

They also have a way to be more creative with their meeting budget. By combining money allocated for catering and travel with team building funds, a client can have a culinary team building activity where previously they might have thought they couldn't afford it.

We are a team building company, not a cooking school.

We offer a team building program that uses fine food and dining, not a cooking school. Our trainers have the specialized skills, talents, personalities and experience in leading business professionals through a culinary business simulation – they are not chefs.

You will find a partnership with us a perfect solution for a winery wanting to quickly and effectively add culinary team building to your menu of services.

We serve group sizes from 8-500 (or more!)

From intimate executive planning meetings to international sales conferences of 300 or more, we offer a fun and meaningful culinary team building experience. See "Large Groups" for more information.

No kitchen necessary!

We recognize many wineries have limited facilities for cooking or catering onsite. Because our programs are held right in the space where a client is having their meeting, we have little need for any kitchen resources.

An oven and dishwashing facilities are useful, though not required, to host one of our programs.

Pair your wine with our menu

It's easy to pair your wines with our various menus from around the world.

And, for more excitement, why not add a wine tasting element to our culinary team building for a version of our cooking program unique to your property and brand?

You will find us easy to work with

We have streamlined a process that makes it easy for us to work with you to quickly organize a program even if we haven’t worked with you before.

Generally, all we require on the day of the event is one person from your wait staff to act as liaison between us and your kitchen (if you have a kitchen and wait staff, that is!)

We need about 15-30 minutes of cooking time in your ovens and our cooking equipment washed by your dishwashers. We can adapt if you can't provide this.

There is never a need for us to set foot in your kitchen area.

Our Focus is Customer Service

Our trainers are selected for their excellent facilitation and people skills. You'll find they'll service your guests to the same high standards you set for your own employees.
