About Chef Renee & Chef Jim
This dynamic culinary duo has many years of cooking education and experience between them and they share what they know as often as they can. Chef Renee lovingly is known as Dr. Renee-The Love Doctor and is America's #1 Relationship Expert. She understands the connection between building relationships and entertaining with good, wholesome food. Being born in the official hospitality state, Hawaii, she learned cooking, entertaining and hospitality from her Grandmother and then went on to be professionally trained in Paris at the original Cordon Bleu Cooking Academy. Chef Renee cooks with lots of love that she shares with participants. Chef Jim is the perfect balance to Chef Renee's free flowing style and shares with you the cooking methods and techniques that will consistently give you delicious results in your own kitchen. Chef Jim is an honors graduate at Johnson & Wales University, along with his classmate, Chef Emeril Lagasse. Chef Jim owned and operated a 5-Star, world-class restaurant in Silicon Valley. Chef Jim then launched a highly successful cooking team building company that has trained leaders from Facebook, Google, Adobe and more. Together, Dr. Renee and Chef Jim make a dynamic duo in the kitchen that touches your heart, tickles your funny bone and shares with you their cooking secrets that you can accomplish in your own kitchen. |
