This was a part of the mentor/mentee meeting of established executives mentoring new executive hires for Cargill. They needed a team building experience that allowed  the mentor/mentee relationship their first opportunity to build a relationship and begin the bonding process. The event was held in the remote lake resort in Minnesota.
