Scott from Del Monte came to CEO Chef with a unusual request. Scott was a part of the marketing team and their goal was to connect their marketing associates with the buying/preparation experience of their customers with Del Monte products. CEO Chef came up with the idea of giving each participant team the same food budget to purchase Del Monte Foods products, bring them back to the meeting hotel to create three unique dishes, one appetizer, one entree and one dessert. The program was a success. They accomplished their objective to bond and connect as a group as well as to experience the challenges that Del Monte Foods shoppers have when going to the store.
